Financial Statement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Statement Specialist to join our finance team at Emeria UK. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate financial statements and records to our customers.

About the Position

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Charge Accounting Team Leader and contribute to our vision of being the UK's leading property manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate financial statements and records to customers.
  • Support operations in communicating and understanding service charge.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in double entry bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the wider team.
  • A professional qualification (AAT / ACCA) or equivalent experience.
