Salary Information
The successful candidate will be offered £13-15 per hour, with 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata) and free parking on site.

Job Description
This role involves accurate data entry, payroll support, credit control, and general office accounts administration. Strong Excel and IT skills are required to perform these tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will work 5 hours a week on Mondays and Thursdays near to New Milton train station and town centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve accurate and timely data entry of all financial transactions, including petty cash, banking, accounts payable, sales ledger, and quarterly VAT return.
  • Support with Payroll, staff holiday and attendance records.
  • Assist with credit control and preparation of monthly payments.
  • Conduct supplier reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform general office accounts administration tasks.
  • Assist with preparing monthly and year-end accounts.

Requirements
  • Strong Excel, Word, and IT skills are essential for this role.
