Senior Pharmacy Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our pharmacy team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and developing colleagues, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality services
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve pharmacy operations
• Coordinating with external stakeholders, such as Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
• A strong background in pharmacy leadership and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
