About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a PMO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project finances and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to project objectives.
  • Coordinate project operations, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk management logs.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, including budgeting, planning, and risk management.
  • Experience in the Defence Sector is highly desirable, as is knowledge of financial forecasting tools.

  • Full-time, permanent employment with a competitive salary range of £32,280 to £42,350, depending on experience and development needs.
