We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Colas Ltd. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational team by processing stock movements, managing invoices, and assisting with office facility management.
Main Responsibilities- Process stock movements within our system to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Manage invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Support the transport planner in planning deliveries and maintaining office facilities.
- Coordinate updates for services such as air conditioning, ventilation, and Legionella checks.
- Update notice boards with latest business publications and important communications.
- Purchase Order creation and management.
- Engage with suppliers to gather monthly invoice costs and ensure timely payment.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Good work ethic, ability to work within a team, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.

- A salary of £16,000 per annum for a 27-hour week.
