Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations manager in aligning various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations manager in aligning various departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Streamline operational tasks to minimize the risk of errors and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, sales, production, and distribution activities to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and staff, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Monitor for any issues and take appropriate action or escalate as needed to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Handle challenges calmly and efficiently, even under pressure, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, to effectively manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational and mathematical skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy to navigate and utilize various software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience will also be strongly considered.
