We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team and support the booking and organization of conferences, weddings, and events at a luxury country house hotel and spa.
The Hotel:
Our client is a high-end hotel and spa located in a beautiful setting, offering two restaurants and two bars on site. The hotel sits in 12 acres of stunning Hertfordshire countryside.
The Perks:

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Sales & Events Coordinator or Executive in a similar style of property, ideally with solid wedding experience
- A passion for sales and events, confidence in their ability to convert enquiries and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of current market trends
- Experience with hotel booking systems such as Delphi and Opera
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for client meetings or hosting fam trips etc
- High standards of personal presentation and the confidence to represent the Hotel and its high standards
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a friendly, warm, genuine, and approachable manner
- Reliable means of transport to the hotel is essential
