Strategic Talent Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Marketing Specialist to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored employer brand profiles and marketing plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with our client engagement team to sell our recruitment marketing solution and present to clients as a subject matter expert.
- Consult with clients to understand their EVP and talent challenges, and provide expert advice on how to address them.
- Design and deploy new talent attraction strategies and campaigns to drive business results.
- Act as the brand guardian for all communications and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
- Collaborate with our marketing experts to maximize marketing outputs and drive business growth.
- Research and develop new initiatives for our employer branding and marketing offering, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Proven expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with a track record of designing and deploying successful talent marketing campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Experience in a recruitment or talent outsourcing environment, with a consultative approach to working with external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative programs such as Canva, Prezi, PowerPoint, and PowToon.
