Role Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee various recruitment and administrative tasks tailored to specific client accounts, ensuring timely execution of these responsibilities. Key activities include:

  • Proactively identifying both active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including reviewing CVs and applications.
  • Ensuring prompt review and response to applications within the client’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conducting telephone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for open positions.
  • Facilitating phone interviews with candidates.
  • Collaborating with senior recruiters or hiring managers to discuss candidate profiles.
  • Maintaining accurate updates in the recruitment system to reflect the ongoing recruitment process.
  • Performing various administrative tasks related to the client’s recruitment activities.
  • Managing ad-hoc administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the recruitment process.
  • Regularly updating the ATS to ensure data integrity.
  • Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.
  • Adapting sourcing strategies to meet delivery objectives.
  • Understanding and managing client expectations while adhering to agreed service levels.
  • Building and nurturing strong working relationships among all stakeholders, keeping them informed of relevant processes.
  • Addressing day-to-day inquiries promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Completing productivity trackers accurately and on time.
  • Actively supporting colleagues to achieve team objectives and deliverables.
