Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced recruiter to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified contingent workers across various roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities- Utilise multiple sourcing channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for contingent worker recruitment, promoting cost-saving initiatives and value-added services of Talent Works.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations internationally.
- Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contingent workforce management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems and other recruitment technologies.
