We're seeking an experienced Industrial Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our Northampton-based RPO department, you'll play a crucial role in recruiting and matching top talent with exciting industrial opportunities.

About the Role
  • Specialize in recruiting industrial positions and collaborating with our Business Development team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to placement, and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and industry developments to provide informed recruitment advice.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,500 - £27,000 per annum, plus a 20% quarterly bonus.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 60% of your time spent in our Brackmills Office.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in Blue Collar Recruitment.
