About the Role
Talent Works is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Contingent Workforce Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified contingent workers across various roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the contingent workforce hiring process.
- Manage contingent worker processes, including worker acquisition, onboarding, assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for contingent worker recruitment, providing guidance on process, policy, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain and update worker assignments in our vendor management system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as needed.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contingent workforce management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting contingent workers.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to contingent workforce hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using vendor management systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A fast-paced, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
