Role Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee various recruitment and administrative functions tailored to specific client accounts, ensuring timely execution of these tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying both active and passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
- Promptly reviewing and responding to applications within the client’s applicant tracking system.
- Conducting telephone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
- Facilitating phone interviews with candidates.
- Collaborating with senior recruiters or hiring managers to discuss candidate profiles.
- Maintaining accurate updates in the recruitment system to reflect the ongoing recruitment process.
- Executing various administrative tasks related to the client’s recruitment operations.
- Managing ad-hoc administrative duties to support the seamless functioning of the recruitment process.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the applicant tracking system at all times.
- Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
- Adapting sourcing strategies to meet delivery objectives effectively.
- Understanding and managing client expectations while adhering to agreed service levels.
- Building and nurturing strong working relationships among all stakeholders, keeping them informed of relevant processes.
- Addressing day-to-day inquiries efficiently and escalating issues when necessary.
- Completing productivity trackers accurately and on time.
- Actively supporting colleagues to achieve team objectives and deliverables.
