Inside Sales Representative

About the Role
Forcepoint is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Reading, UK. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building new business and expanding existing accounts for all Forcepoint solutions in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and expand existing accounts in the Italian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Channel, and Solutions Sales Specialists, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Italian market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian language.
- Proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accounts.
- Experience selling to C-Suite is an advantage.
- Experience of closing business.
- Experience of working in a sales position in a high-tech organization.
- PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications as a minimum, especially MS Excel.
- Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
- Able to work with others and be a team player.
- Demonstrable excellent communication skills.
