Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions UK. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively promoting our range of ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions to existing and new customers, with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales process from contact through to close
  • Ownership and account management of existing customer relationships to maximize additional growth
  • Proactive sales of selected Content Services, ICT, and MPS Products & Solutions
  • Develop knowledge of our total Business Solutions & MPS Portfolio
  • Identify decision-makers within target customers & prospects
  • Utilize a range of resources, including business generation support, marketing, and sales tools
  • Manage time to achieve key performance indicators
  • Update, manage, and maintain our CRM system (Salesforce) as per guidelines and KPIs
  • Respond to service desk tickets, such as mobiles and T&M tickets
  • Complete presales tickets, including documents solutions quotes (Papercut & MYQ)
  • Direct responsibility for all Business Solutions renewals below £20K threshold
  • Develop day-to-day relationships with key clients & stakeholders
  • High levels of customer satisfaction
  • Good relationship with technical services staff to specify customer requirements correctly
  • Closely work with SOP staff to ensure accurate purchase ordering and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exceed targets through a structured approach and pipeline management
  • Maintain an efficient diary and time management
  • Demonstratable previous experience within a sales role is essential, prior knowledge of our industry would be advantageous
  • Fully understand leasing & deal construction is essential
  • Results-oriented, driven to succeed, achieve, and exceed targets
  • Experiencing of using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competent in using all MS office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Proven experience of negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Building rapport with customers - relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Comfortable in cross-selling, using initiative to offer alternative solutions to potential customers
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

  • Understanding of how the KYOCERA Group operates and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics, ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team
