About the Role

Forcepoint is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Reading. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building new business and expanding existing accounts for all Forcepoint solutions in Emerging Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in Emerging Markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Channel, and Solutions Sales Specialists, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business pipeline updates.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Forcepoint's solutions, competitors, and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Requirements
  • Native fluency in a language from any of the Emerging Markets countries (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia).
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives and closing business deals.
  • Experience working in a sales position in a high-tech organization, with a strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a positive outlook with a clear focus on high-quality and business profit.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Able to work with others and be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
