About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Reading, UK. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building new business and expanding existing accounts in the Italian market. This is a hybrid role, requiring a strong understanding of sales and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and account expansion in the Italian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineering and Solutions Sales Specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Provide regular business pipeline reports and forecasts to management, ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Attend external customer meetings and internal meetings as required, representing Forcepoint's values and mission.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian language.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accounts.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite is an advantage.
  • Experience of closing business and working in a sales position in a high-tech organization.
  • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Able to work with others and be a team player.
  • Demonstrable excellent communication skills.
