Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions UK. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively promoting our range of ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions to existing and new customers, with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize portfolio and lifetime value
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all market sectors, including Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector
- Utilize the entire portfolio of annuity or subscription services, hardware, software, and professional services to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in Salesforce.com
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using relationship management tools, such as Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office applications
