Job Title: Assistant Contract Administrator

This is a temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension. As a key member of the IM&T business support team, you will be responsible for ordering IT equipment across the trust, managing contract performance monitoring, and assisting with tendering contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and experience in contract management. A vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years of relevant experience is required. NHS experience is highly desirable.

Salary: £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience (estimated annual salary: £51,000 - £72,000)

About the Role:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple contracts and suppliers. You will need to be calm and reliable under pressure, with a confident approach to change. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with internal and external customers, including suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order IT equipment across the trust
• Manage contract performance monitoring
• Assist with tendering contracts
• Handle contract queries from internal and external customers
• Resolve contractual issues and complaints
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports using a range of software

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong IT skills
• Experience in contract management
• Vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years of relevant experience
• NHS experience (highly desirable)
