The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the entire life cycle of contracts for construction projects, specialising in rail and other sectors. They provide planned and reactive maintenance, offering exceptional customer service levels.

  1. Pricing reactive maintenance jobs based on labour, plant & materials and inputting data into Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System.
  2. Evaluating sub-contractor applications for payment and pricing reactive maintenance jobs based on sub-contractor attendance.
  3. Assisting the Contract Manager with reporting as required.
  4. Replying to client queries regarding commercial issues.
  5. General contract administration, requiring proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Hours:

  1. Monday to Friday
  2. 08:30 - 17:30
  3. Up to £32,000 per annum.
