We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Underwriting team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing audio and copy typing services to Private Client Directors and Assistants;
  • Assisting with the organisation and administration of company and client-facing events, including travel arrangements, venue booking, and maintaining lists of attendees;
  • Producing correspondence and assisting with the production of mailshots;
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages;
  • Photocopying, profiling, and filing documents and correspondence;
  • Maintaining accurate records of receipt of post and distributing it accordingly;
  • Assisting with the maintenance of standing data on business systems;
  • Updating and running reports;
  • Arranging meetings and booking rooms;
  • Providing cover for secretaries and reception as required;

We estimate that this role would attract a salary in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
