About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join e-Careers Limited as a Business Administration Apprentice. You will be working in a school-based environment, assisting with the smooth running of the school's administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Liaise with your line manager to identify and complete tasks
- Provide administrative support to the School Business Manager
- Maintain confidential filing systems
- Assist with producing policies, invoicing companies, and managing payments
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with computer databases
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Proactive work ethic
- Enhanced DBS check required
Benefits:
