About the Business Administration Apprentice Programme


Murphy, a leading international engineering and construction company, is seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in London. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain knowledge and experience in all aspects of customer care, working closely with our project teams and stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities



  • Support and maintain a database of key stakeholders and interested parties
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the scheme and its activities
  • Attend client-led customer/stakeholder drop-in sessions
  • Support the investigation of insurance claims on behalf of the client
  • Manage and investigate complaints
  • Act as the main point of contact between projects and communication teams
  • Work with project teams to build relationships with communities impacted by our work
  • Develop and deliver communications materials and content
  • Proactively gather information and update comms channels
  • Support project community outreach events
  • Develop and plan proactive community giving programs
  • Support emergency incidents on site
  • Minimise disruption during construction

What You Will Gain


As part of this apprenticeship, you will follow the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, completing 18 months of training and development. You will gain a recognised accreditation and the opportunity to build a rewarding and successful career with Murphy.


Requirements



  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C / 4-9 (or equivalent)
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable
