About the Role

Corpay is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our UK Office Support division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Executive Assistant to the Group President.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including consumables, products, and stationery.
  • Ensure the property, including communal areas, are kept clean and tidy.
  • Liaise with suppliers, process invoices, and manage office expenses.
  • Meet and greet external visitors, sign them into the site, and issue temporary security key fobs.
  • Prepare meeting rooms in advance of external visitor appointments.
  • Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.
  • Liaise with trades, contractors, and suppliers to administer required works.
  • Manage and schedule annual reviews, as part of legal requirements.
  • Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
  • Assist with risk management and assessments.
