PRS seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Support Professional to join our team in West London.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.

The role involves providing comprehensive contract administration services, ensuring accurate documentation of client transactions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Management: Assist in managing all financial and commercial aspects of contracts.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintain and update both manual and digital records related to client services.
  3. Reporting: Prepare and issue required reports as outlined in the contract and by the client.
  4. Quality Management: Oversee quality management system documentation and ensure compliance.
  5. Site Team Collaboration: Work closely with the site team and head office to accurately process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets, and holiday records.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will perform general office duties including correspondence and filing, taking meeting minutes, preparing reports and documentation, updating electronic records, managing material orders and administration, handling subcontractor administration, raising and updating purchase orders, producing valuations and presenting results, managing contract renewal documentation, generating short-range planning information, logging and processing quotes, collecting and verifying timesheets from engineers, supporting contract setup (PPM/System), preparing application billing, managing the contract escalation process, and providing training to staff as necessary.
