About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Contract Administrator IT to manage our IT contracts, costs, and internal controls. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and update IT contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to optimize IT spending.
  • Provide support and training to staff on contract management procedures and cost control measures.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT contract administration, cost management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT controls and security protocols.
  • Professional certification in contract management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental health cover, employee assistance programme, pension, flexible working hours, and training reimbursement.
