Platinum Facilities is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support our growing hard services business in London.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide first-line support to clients and colleagues, utilizing strong administration skills and proficiency in the Concept and Nav Dynamics systems.

About the Role

This role involves undertaking various contract support duties, including responding to maintenance inquiries, coordinating sub-contractor visits, ordering parts and materials, and maintaining accurate records within our company systems and trackers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking calls and emails regarding maintenance issues and resolving them efficiently
  • Organizing sub-contractor visits and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Managing orders for parts and materials, and tracking inventory levels
  • Maintaining up-to-date records within our company's systems and trackers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service in an administrative capacity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in the Concept and Nav Dynamics systems, or a willingness to learn

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £40,000, depending on experience.
