Job Title: Administration Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Contract Management Specialist to join our team at First Call Contract Services, Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our contract management team, including maintaining accurate and timely records, dealing with internal and external emails, and responding to stakeholder queries.
  • Assist with the ordering and maintenance of stock supplies, collating information for reports, and supporting other departments as needed.
  • Be a flexible and supportive member of the team, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and attending team meetings and regular reviews with your line manager.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of supplier statements, purchaser orders, and invoices, and carry out any other reasonable job-related tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Organised, logical with a methodical approach.

Desirable Characteristics:
  • Previous experience within Office Administration.
  • Experience in working with Outlook and Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proven organisation skills.
