About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Atlas. The successful candidate will provide support to the operations management team, liaising with clients and operatives to ensure efficient and positive outcomes.

The role involves providing administrative support, including allocation and scheduling of operatives, recruitment, and coordination of staffing for events. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the operations management team
  • Liaise with clients and operatives to ensure efficient and positive outcomes
  • Allocate and schedule operatives on our Time and Attendance system
  • Recruit new starters, including advertising, shortlisting, and arranging interviews
  • Coordinate staffing for events
  • General administration duties to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
  • General working knowledge of software systems such as Word and Excel
  • Great written and oral English language skills
  • Personable and professional with a keen eye for detail
