Job Title: Contract Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at PRS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our contracts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial and commercial aspects of contracts, including generating supporting financial information and maintaining digital records.
- Prepare and issue required reports as outlined in the contract and by the client, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
- Collaborate with the site team and head office to accurately process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets, and holiday records.
- Perform general office duties, including correspondence, filing, taking meeting minutes, and preparing reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diligence and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
Reporting:
- Report directly to the Contract Manager.
- Dotted line reporting to the Finance Manager.
