Contract Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced NEC4 Contract Administrator to join our client's team in the Highways sector. As a Highways Site Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct materials and standards are utilized, managing and rectifying defects, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with NEC4 contracts and the HTP sector.
  2. Manage and rectify defects, witness testing procedures, and attend progress meetings.
  3. Issue reports, communications, and instructions as required by the contract.
Requirements
  • Experience in NEC4 contracts.
  • Familiarity with the HTP sector.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000-£68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
