About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized Contract and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in South West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, responding to client requests, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules for engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and respond to all incoming emails and client queries.
  • Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to engineers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance contracts administration.
  • CAFM experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be commutable distance to South West London.
