Front Office Team Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Front Office Shift Leader to join our award-winning team at the Royal Lancaster London. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic environment.
As a Front Office Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating support with Guest Service Agents during busy periods, up-selling room types, training and reviewing staff, and conducting quality checks to ensure exceptional guest service standards. Your key duties will include:
- Supporting and coordinating efforts with Guest Service Agents to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Utilizing various computer systems, including Opera, to manage front office operations effectively.
- Training and supporting Guest Service Agents to achieve personal and departmental goals.
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with service standards.
