The Delaunay Team is seeking a skilled Front of House Team Lead to join our team in Covent Garden.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Front of House professional to lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Front of House Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the reception desk, ensuring all guests are acknowledged and greeted warmly upon arrival, engaging in conversation with guests, and assisting them to their allocated tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front of house team and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests upon arrival
  • Engage with guests and build relationships to enhance their dining experience
  • Manage table allocation and seating arrangements
  • Oversee the flow of the restaurant, including turn times and guest flow
  • Handle telephone enquiries and bookings
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or Supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Experience with hospitality technology systems, such as SevenRooms or OpenTable
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
