About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of digital transformation and change management principles. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading digital transformation initiatives and will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies.

The estimated salary for this position is £78,000 + up to 20% performance bonus + car allowance + family healthcare. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a range of benefits including 36 days annual leave, holiday purchase, share schemes, and technology vouchers.

As a key member of the ScottishPower team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities and address challenges. You will be responsible for promoting a digital-first mindset across the organisation and fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
