The University of Glasgow seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Culture Administrator to support the Research Culture Team in delivering a comprehensive framework of events, programmes and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Research Culture & Researcher Development portfolio within the University's central Research Services Directorate.

As a key point of contact for the Research Culture Team, you will provide advice and responses to queries arising from researchers and research professional staff. You will also coordinate support across various projects, events, networks, communities and programmes, providing an efficient and positive attendee experience.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, maintaining accurate financial records, and administering procurement processes. Additionally, you will assist in tracking projects, maintaining programme data and documentation, and completing annual reporting cycles.

This role requires excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and relevant software skills. You will also have experience with event management, budget administration, and communications in a customer-focused environment.
