Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Lecturer in Infectious Diseases and General Internal Medicine. The successful candidate will be appointed as a Specialty Trainee within our West of Scotland Higher Training Programme and will have the opportunity to pursue an exceptional academic career.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality clinical training in Infectious Diseases and General Internal Medicine
  • To undertake research training in a world-class academic environment
  • To contribute to the development of research excellence in areas such as Mycobacteriology

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess MRCP or equivalent and hold a national training number. A higher research degree (MD/PhD) is desirable, but not essential. We offer support for talented candidates without this qualification to complete their degree.
