Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President for Administration & Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and visits by officials, as well as developing meeting agendas and managing daily office routine. Additionally, the candidate will compose and draft correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments, and prepare reports using current software such as Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in an executive administrative assistant or support organizational role, with strong organizational and time-management skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, events, and visits by officials
Develop meeting agendas and manage daily office routine
Compose and draft correspondence
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare reports using current software
Manage office budgets
Provide administrative support to the Vice President
Requirements:
Comprehensive experience in an executive administrative assistant or support organizational role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse group of constituents and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working independently and as a team member
Experience planning and scheduling, preparing reports, and compiling correspondence
Basic experience monitoring budgets and personnel documents
