You will build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and C-levels, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing account value and aligning with customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Account Management or as a Customer Success Manager, managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments in the B2B SaaS industry.
