About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Mortgage Brokers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate and timely information on products and criteria.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Mortgage Brokers, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Identify and clarify intermediary needs, providing tailored solutions across all product offerings.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailbox management and CRM updates.
  • Promote a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in our policies, procedures, and culture.
Requirements
  • Telephone sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
