We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our intermediary partners, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales and meet KPIs.
- Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, helping to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
- Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailbox management and CRM updates.
- Promote a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
- Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in our policies, procedures, and culture to represent the company at all levels with our intermediary partners.
- Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker.
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
