About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Mortgage Brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales and meet KPIs.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and market insights, helping to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and CRM management.
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey.
  • Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the policies, procedures, and culture of Together to enable high-level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners.
Requirements
  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Business to business sales experience.
  • Mortgage industry experience.
  • CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
