About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Mortgage Broker partners, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound intermediary inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on our products and services.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Update Account Managers on market trends, broker feedback, and new opportunities, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Identify and address intermediary needs, providing tailored solutions across our product offerings.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailbox management and CRM updates.
  • Promote a professional image of Together, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Manage relationships with intermediary partners, promoting our products and services, and immersing yourself in our company culture.
Requirements
  • Telephone sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Business-to-business sales experience.
  • Mortgage industry experience.
  • CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
