We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Mortgage Brokers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information to ensure a positive broker experience.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales and meet KPIs.
- Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and market insights, helping to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
- Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and CRM management.
- Promote a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
- Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the policies, procedures, and culture of Together.
- Telephone sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
