At Together, we're seeking a skilled Mortgage Sales Executive to join our team. As an Intermediary Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our key mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to mortgage brokers, responding to their inquiries and offering product and criteria information.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop and execute Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
  • Regularly update Account Managers with feedback from brokers and market insights, helping them identify new opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
Requirements:
  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or a Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
