Mortgage Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a Mortgage Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to key mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, helping to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.

Qualifications

  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or a Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
