About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a Mortgage Broker Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our key Mortgage Brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and the market, helping to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and the CRM.
  • Promote a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey.
  • Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the policies, procedures, and culture of Together.

Qualifications

  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Business-to-business sales experience.
  • Mortgage industry experience.
  • CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
