About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our intermediary partners, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, identifying new opportunities
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide solutions across all product offerings
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and CRM
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey
  • Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the company culture to represent the company at all levels with our intermediary partners
Requirements
  • Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills
