About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate and timely information on our mortgage products and criteria.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and clarify intermediary needs, providing tailored solutions across our product offerings.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailbox management and CRM updates.
  • Promote a positive company image, delivering exceptional broker experiences throughout the sales journey.
  • Manage relationships with intermediaries, promoting our products and services, and immersing yourself in our company culture to represent us at all levels.
Requirements
  • Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
