Job Role: Mortgage Broker Sales Executive

As a Mortgage Broker Sales Executive at Together, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key Mortgage Brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, providing product and criteria information to intermediaries via telephony enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Sales: Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information on our product offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key intermediary partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback to Account Managers on market trends and Broker needs, helping them to identify new opportunities.
  • Solution Provision: Identify intermediary needs and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Telephone Sales Experience: Proven experience in telephone sales, preferably with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
